Assessment

Assess your skills, competencies, accomplishments, values, interests, preferences, volunteer activities.

 

Planning

Research hospitals, organizations,specialties, jobs, higher education, professional associations, certifications, Internet, books, periodicals, journals. Create an action plan.

Implementation

Network. Set up informational interviews. Clarify options. Identify job objectives. Set short-term goals.

Evaluation
